For the 2022 edition, the new event will be face-to-face and online. The fourth edition of the school will be organized with daily activities within the week of 18 July 2022.The fourth edition will also mainly involve students from the University of Bergamo, the University of Naples, the Tsinghua University, but will also be open to students from other European and Chinese universities.Attendance will be limited to a maximum of 100 students, which will be follow lessons from the classroom in Bergamo at the Kilometro Rosso and from the classroom in Beijing at the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University.As in last year’s edition. This CI-LAM Summer School 2021 is aimed at PhD students and Masters (final year).We will have two lessons per day. After each lecture, researchers interested in the topic will have the opportunity to discuss possible bilateral joint research cooperation in a research and development matchmaking session. The research groups invited to each matchmaking session will be in equal numbers on the Chinese and Italian sides. This year two visits to important industries in the Advanced Manufacturing sector will also be organized.At the end of the School, students will receive a “Certificate of Attendance”, issued by the CI-LAM under the patronage of the three organizing academic institutions.
